UEPLAC has delivered its expert support in introduction of new approaches to the civil servants` training |
UEPLAC has delivered its expert support in introduction of the new approaches to the civil servants’ training, in particular in their training needs assessment, as well as in the Regional Training Centre setting-up.
Welcoming an initiative of the Senior Civil Service School to launch a new project “the Regional Training Centre in the Field of European Integration”, UEPLAC has elaborated its recommendations on the above Centre establishment and functioning. Activity within the Centre is expected to result in correspondence of the knowledge and skills that the civil servants acquire to their practical needs, as well as in quality improvement of the educational services in general.
With a view of applying new approaches to the State Targeted Programme implementation for Training, Re-training and Advance Training of European Integration Experts for the period of 2008-2011, the UEPLAC experts have produced the relevant proposals. In particular, it is advised to improve approaches to the training needs assessment of the EU integration experts. We believe that tackling this task will brought about solutions for the one of the most important challenges of the Programme implementation – ensuring a practical focus of the civil servants` knowledge.
