UEPLAC organised the training on the practical aspects of the implementation of the 1980 Den Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction |
UEPLAC organised the 4 days of training on 8 to 11 July 2008 for 45 officials from the Ministry of Justice at both Central and Regional levels, as well as from Courts (judges) and other relevant public institutions working in the sphere of implementation of the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.
This activity was aimed to contribute to the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Action Plans on JFS by promoting the practical functioning of the 1980 Child Abduction Convention in Ukraine and facilitating the adoption of practices fully in line with the smooth and swift working of the legal instrument.
